How we met the needs of Ivan's very unique high end space requirement, actually a 1st in Melbourne

Ivan first enquired with us after seeing our billboard on Queens Road, he said he'd made enquiries with 10 other agents who couldn't follow through with his needs.

Ivan's space requirements were pretty specific and unusual, and after thinking outside the box I was presented him a solution that was exactly what he needed, there was only one problem... it was $50,000 over his budget.

After a few more inspections with other agents, he kept coming back to us, and ended up putting in an offer that was within his budget, and to his delight, was accepted by the landlord.

Ivan is due to move into his space in a fortnight, and it won't be too long before his showroom is ready for viewing, it's actually the first of it's kind in Melbourne.
